O&M Vendor Maintenance Forms

This is the internal entry point. Vendors access their forms through private links: regular maintenance scheduling at /s/{token} and incident scheduling at /i/{token}. Progress / finish forms are reached via links in the reminder emails.

Administrators manage vendors, regions, projects, activities, and emails at /admin, and track ticket status at /dashboard.
